Hi! I'm Michael Piras owner & founder of Dynamic Fitness Training. I


Within my 17 years of working within the health & fitness industry, it is something I'm very passionate about!

I have been a long-time client of Michaels and have learned a lot over the years.

I have especially learned that I am continually gaining strength, not only physically but mentally. The proof I had of this recently, was competing in my first CrossFit competition and at the young age of 58.

I’ve always wanted to compete in something physical but always felt that it wasn’t something I could do. Michael gave me the confidence and motivation to give it a go.

I have some particularly difficult to manage health conditions, some of which make it difficult to lose weight or be very active on some days. Using Michael's methods of nutrition and mild rehab work, I have managed to lose weight and I was even able to reduce some of my medications!

I checked them out when I got home and can see what he meant. A nice little side benefit of my hip and glute rehab with him this past 9 months. 👌🏼

I’ve learned so much from Mick. I came to him as an exhausted mum of two young boys, stressed in my job as a paramedic/dispatcher who’d suddenly packed on unwanted kilos. It wasn’t long before I was completely hooked. We laugh now about how long I resisted his suggestions to tackle my nutrition, but I have to admit as soon as I started to get that in order, the results were undeniable both aesthetically and fitness wise. I don’t know a more persistent or patient PT. Whatever my goals or limitations, he can always adjust what we’re doing to suit.
